Frigola Films is an independent production company based in Catalonia, with over fifteen years of experience connecting Spain and Latin America. It develops auteur-driven fiction and creative documentaries for cinema and television, focusing on intimate stories that illuminate broader social realities.

Frigola —the founder’s surname— means thyme in Catalan: a Mediterranean herb known for
its aroma and healing properties, and a fitting symbol for stories rooted in people and place.
